Terms & Conditions

By accessing, entering, or using the facilities of BGYM Club Whitestone (“the Gym”), including purchasing a membership, booking a free trial, or participating in any activities, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions and Gym Policies.

1. General Conduct

All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, safe, and appropriate manner at all times. The Gym reserves the right to deny access or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

2. Hygiene, Odor, and Personal Cleanliness Policy

Members are required to maintain a high standard of personal hygiene to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all users.

  • Clean workout attire must be worn at all times.

  • Members should refrain from using strong perfumes, colognes, or scented products.

  • Members with excessive body odor that interferes with other members’ enjoyment of the facility may be asked to leave.

Cannabis Odor & Residue

To maintain a neutral and professional environment:

  • Members must not enter the facility while emitting a strong, detectable odor of marijuana/cannabis.

  • This includes odor on clothing, hair, skin, or personal belongings.

  • Odors resulting from smoking, vaping, or consuming cannabis products off-site are not permitted if detectable inside the facility.

3. Tobacco, Vape, and Marijuana / Cannabis Policy

BGYM Club Whitestone is a smoke-free and vapor-free facility.

  • Smoking, vaping, or the use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • The consumption of marijuana, cannabis-infused edibles, or the use of topical cannabis products that emit strong or intrusive odors is prohibited.

  • Any detectable odor associated with these substances may result in immediate removal from the facility.

4. Equipment Use & Facility Care

Members are required to use all equipment responsibly and respectfully.

  • All equipment must be wiped down after use using the provided sanitation products.

  • Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.

  • Members are responsible for returning equipment to its proper location after use.

  • Misuse or damage to equipment may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Free Trial Policy

  • Free trials are limited to one (1) workout session per individual.

  • Free trials are not a multi-day pass and may not be reused.

  • The Gym reserves the right to deny free trials to anyone at its discretion.

6. Enforcement & Right to Refuse Entry

Management reserves the right to determine whether a member or guest is in violation of any policy.

  • If a member’s presence, odor, behavior, or conduct constitutes a nuisance or disrupts other patrons, management may ask the individual to leave immediately.

  • Failure to comply may result in further disciplinary action.

7. Membership Suspension & Termination

Repeated violations of these Terms & Conditions, including hygiene, odor, substance, or conduct policies, may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of membership, or

  • Permanent termination of membership without refund.

All decisions regarding suspension or termination are made at the sole discretion of Gym management.

8. Assumption of Risk

Members acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including injury. By using the facility, members assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or loss resulting from participation in Gym activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

BGYM Club Whitestone is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property

  • Injuries resulting from improper equipment use

  • Injuries caused by other members or guests

Members use the facility at their own risk.

10. Policy Updates

BGYM Club Whitestone reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.

11. Agreement

By purchasing a membership, booking a free trial, or entering the facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
